Lagoon 400. Punat (CR) - Ystad (SE)

We had decided to move our catamaran, a Lagoon 400 from Croatia to Sweden. 

A little unsure of how we could get help with this, we finally got in touch with Cuno and The Yacht Delivery Company.

We felt very safe from the first moment when Cuno described the process from start to final destination. In competition with several alternatives, we fortunately decided on TYDC.

From the very beginning, the communication with Cuno was prompt, clear, and reassuring. He answered all our questions and provided detailed explanations about the entire delivery process, which helped us feel confident in our decision.

We also got a good feeling about the crew after receiving their CV for our approval. They proved their competence when timing storms and other things.

We received continuous feedback from Cuno during the trip, both in terms of schedule and budget. His experience and competence were a guarantee for us so we could sleep well at night while our darling was on the way home.

When we finally got our boat to Ystad, we probably expected a boat that required a lot of cleaning and restoration after 49 days at sea.

Imagine our surprise when we boarded a boat that was in absolutely top condition.

The Yacht Delivery Company gives excellent service! It delivered my Targa 32 successfully from Mainz in Germany to Crosshaven in Cork, Ireland absolutely seamlessly.

Hallberg-Rassy 62. Mallorca (ES) - Zierikzee (NL)

Fortunately, there are still companies like The Yacht Delivery Company, companies that keep their promises 

At the beginning of March 2025, I commissioned Cuno from TYDC to move my sailing yacht, a Hallberg Rassy 62, from Mallorca to Zierikzee in the south of the Netherlands.

On March 31, the time had come for skipper Eric and two trainee skippers, Gauthier and Luka, to board and after a thorough inspection, we could leave Mallorca two days later.

It was wonderful and great to experience how the crew worked together 24 hours a day for days on end. 

With great passion and craftsmanship, and not to forget with safety as the first priority, the trip was carried out by Skipper Eric and his crew.

After 14 days and approximately 1900 Nm, we moored unscathed in Zierikzee. 

I would like to sincerely thank Cuno for the organization and skipper Eric and crew Gauthier and Luka for this unforgettable travel experience.

Hallberg-Rassy 44. Henån (SE) - Hindeloopen (NL)

The communication with Cuno, in the run-up to the trip, was clear. As a result, I knew what was expected of me in the preparation, and there was no unnecessary waste of time.

The skipper was perfectly prepared and had a lot of practical experience. He also had a suitable solution for small defects along the way. During the trip I was able to take a number of good tips to heart which will be a conservation for the ship and rigging. The two crew members also stood their ground, and were perfectly able to handle the boat independently, both day and night.

Benjamin, Pascal and Jolanda; it was a pleasure to have you on board. Even though you had not sailed together in this composition before, you were a real team. Thank you!

Cuno and his delivery crew did an amazing job delivering OHANA the last leg from Normandy to the start of the 2024 ARC. Cuno is an extremely knowledgeable detailed oriented advisor who providing constant updates and became our go to person for our travels in Europe and beyond. His Captain and crew were very professional having extensive delivery experience. They treated her as their own and demonstrated tremendous discipline, dedication and flexibility even in the face of an unfortunate orca attack off Portugal. The crews response kept the boat seaworthy and they were able to bring her in to Cascais, arrange to have her hauled and the rudder repaired by a local Orca Technician. The crew shared daily photos of the progress and stood by ready to continue the passage. With Cuno and the crews efforts Ohana was repaired and back in the water within a week enabling us to still make the final inspections for the ARC. We would not trust Ohana to anyone else!!
